253514/1/38 of the 22nd April, the Permanent Under

Secretary of State for Air presents his compliments

to the Permanent Under Secretary of State, Colonial

Office, and returns herewith, as requested, the two

minutes and the plan enclosed with the despatch

dated 28th February, from the Governor of Hong

Kong on the extension of Kai Tak aerodrome.
